At first, I started on the ana boot camp thing. I lasted like 3 days but i find it hard to try to eat a small amount. its always easier for me to eat nothing.
So, I started this diet. I sorta made it myself. or at least i thought of it myself. I picked up some tomato juice (the canned stuff....it was really cheap at jewel...) It was under 2 dollars for a 1/2 gallon of it and that give you 2-3 days worth of food. so not too bad.
here is how the diet works....
mon-friday: 1-5 servings (8oz=serving) of tomato juice a day. Drink TONNNNS of water, hot tea with sweet n low or coffee
daily calories: 135-675
saturday:drink 2 servings of tomato juice today. drink a lot of water, hot tea, with sweet n low, or coffee. and eat 1 serving of jello for either a snack or dessert you can get any brand, any flavor etc.
days calories: 170
sunday: Fast
If you feel like you are going to binge, eat either some of the jello or drink some tomato juice. but always be careful, the calories add up. if you are feeling a little hungry, drink some tea, chew gum, suck on ice cubes, take your mind off of it (cleaning or playing video games works best for me), suck on a sugarless lollypop, or find some sugarless popsicles that dont have a ton of calories. or, my favorite, suck on some peppermint candies (preferably sugarless) or drink some peppermint tea. (again be careful, the calories add up fast. but you can always drink peppermint tea if you use a 0 calorie sweetener.)
This weeks shopping list:
1. Canned tomato juice (should have around 45 calories in each serving) make sure it is 100% tomato juice, but it can be from concentrate.
2. Jello
3. coffee/tea
4. all the cofee/tea fixins =P
all this costed me 20 dollars. You can also use coupons or find the jello on sale, especially since it around easter. also, dont forget to use your jewel, dominicks, etc prefered card. or get them in bulk at costco, etc. but be careful about doing this, you need to, after you open the can, put it in a separate container, and drink it all within 7 days.
